1. Determine the size of the door opening and accurately measure the empty size of the opening

First make sure that the four sides of the opening are vertical. Measure the width of the opening, measure the width of the opening from left to right, the upper, middle and lower narrow dimensions of the window opening are the measurement dimensions. Height, measure the height of the window opening from top to bottom, and the left, middle and right narrow dimensions in the window opening are the height. The height and width obtained are deducted by 3mm-6mm, and the obtained size is the final size of the ventilation shutter.

2. Installation process of ventilation shutters

First install the ventilation shutter frame in the hole. If the inner wall of the hole is a concrete wall, 12 cm expansion screws can be used to drive directly into the wall from the inside of the frame, and 8 cm expansion screws can be used to drive the upper and lower beams into the wall from the upper and lower beams. If the inner wall of the hole is made of square steel, aluminum alloy frame, wooden frame, etc., it can be directly fixed with dovetail screws as above. When screwing, pay attention to the tightness, adjust the shutter frame without deformation, and the four sides are vertical. After the window frame is fixed, it is necessary to clean the internal debris and then install the louvers. Adjust the blade clamp to see if the blade is in place. Then open and close the whole and debug it three times. When closing, the blade needs to be flat to ensure the sealing effect and opening angle.

3. After the installation is completed, apply sealant

The gap between the ventilation shutter frame and the edge of the opening is sealed with sealant. It is necessary to use paper glue to stick to the edge of the window frame opening to ensure that the glue is not left on the window frame and the edge of the opening. The glue should be flush, uniform and beautiful. Clean the surrounding debris, and install the ventilation shutters.
