Diffuser Types and Features

1. Square and rectangular diffusers are divided into single-sided, double-sided, three-sided and four-sided air supply types according to the air supply direction, and four-sided air supply is commonly used. The air flow is a flat delivery and attached flow type, which can be used in conjunction with the split multi-leaf regulating valve to adjust the air volume.
2. The diffuser ring of the circular diffuser is composed of multi-layer cone surfaces and is of flat flow type. A single-opening or double-opening plate type regulating valve can be installed on the neck to adjust the air volume.
3. The disc of the disc diffuser is in the shape of an inverted mushroom and protrudes from the ceiling surface, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly. It can be used with single-open or double-open plate control valve to adjust the air volume. When the disc is hung in the upper gear, it is in a downward flow type, and when it is hung in the lower gear, it is in a flat feed and attached flow type.
4. The self-operated temperature-controlled variable-flow diffuser is to install the thermal dynamic element in the circular or square diffuser, adjust the blade angle by feeling the temperature of the air supply of the air conditioning system, and change the flow pattern of the supply air flow" When the air supply temperature in summer is less than or equal to 17 ℃, adjust the blade angle to horizontal air supply; when the winter air supply temperature is greater than or equal to 27 ℃, adjust the blade angle to vertical air supply.

5. The ground diffuser is made of aluminum and plastic, and its main components are panel, wind direction adjustment disc, clamp ring, fastening ring, dust collector, and static pressure box. The radial fins on the panel are used to generate rotating airflow, and the wind direction adjustment disc is used to change the wind direction, which can generate vertical airflow.
